PKD Buddy is a free wellness tracking application designed to help users monitor health-related information.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate data entry, protecting your account credentials, and using the app for personal tracking and informational purposes.

No Warranty

PKD Buddy is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fennec Forge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PKD Buddy.

Intellectual Property

PKD Buddy, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Fennec Forge LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or harmful behavior.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users in-app for material changes.
